Welcome to Salisbury Primary School

Salisbury Junior and Primary Schools are co-located on one site. During 2009,
the schools trialed the 'one site, one leader' model and operated as a Reception to Year 7 school. The school's leadership team works across the site in the
day-to-day management and care of students.

The proposal that the Salisbury Junior Primary School and Salisbury Primary School merge to become a Reception to Year 7 school with an enrolment of approximately 500 students was accepted by the community in 2009. Redevelopment of the Salisbury Junior Primary and Primary Schools is considered to match specialist and education programs for the 21st century and will accommodate an Early Childhood Education section, a Primary Section and a Middle School section.

The school community has developed an R-7 vision and mission, aiming to provide a relevant, challenging and inclusive curriculum that actively engages learners
and supports all to experience success and fulfillment. Salisbury Schools are committed to the development of individuals who are motivated, have a sense
of wellbeing and belonging, and can confidently contribute to their local and
global communities.
